Who is Zygomatics?
Zygomatics is an online store selling handmade and kawaii accessories currently available on Etsy, on Dawanda and here in the SHOP section.

Who is « behind » Zygomatics?
Zygomatics is run by Chloe aka Mlle Clorofil. She is the designer, the crafter and the webdesigner. Leyla is her friend and she helps her packing the orders and answering emails.

Where is Zygomatics based?
The Zygomatics' headquarters are currently located in Dublin, Ireland but it was first created in Switzerland.

Why the name Zygomatics?
We chose the name Zygomatics because we like when people smile when seeing our creations. So we wanted a name related to the smile and there was this strange word, zygomatics, which are the bones of the cheeks, and we thought it was a great name. That's it !

What is Etsy?
Etsy is an online marketplace for buying & selling all things handmade. Their mission is to enable people to make a living making things and to reconnect makers with buyers. Registering is free.

Which materials do you use?
We mostly use polymer clay (fimo or Sculpey) and felt, but Chloe likes experimenting new materials.

Where do you buy your supplies?
Mainly on Etsy.com and Ebay.com, but also to my favourite local shops.

How do you make your jewelry?
Chloe learned by herself and she doesn't want to share her secrets. It took her a lot of time and energy to find the right materials and techniques. The best way to learn is to experiment by yourself and to learn by your mistakes.

Can you teach me how to do (blank)?
No, sorry. First we don't have time and second we don't want to share our secrets. If someday we would like to share something, we will gladly make some tutorials on our blog.

How did you create your website?
We have built it with Adobe Photoshop and PSPad.

Which software do you use to touch up your pictures?
We touch up our photos with Adobe Photoshop.

I cannot find the style or color I'm looking for.
The styles and colors available in our etsy shop reflect what we currently have in stock. Please check often as we try to add new stuff every week. You can also request a custom order if you don't find what you are looking for.

How do i take care about my Zygomatics jewelry?
All the Zygomatics jewelry is handmade and requires a certain amount of care. You should keep your jewelry in a safe place, for example in a jewelry box, to prevent damages. Treat your felt accessories carefully too.
Avoid any contact with water.

Do you do trades?
Usually we don't.

Do you accept custom orders?
Zygomatics does accept custom orders, as long as your wishes stay in the Zygomatics style and that we are able to find the supplies. Please email us to let you know your wishes.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
As Zygomatics is a one person business, it is difficult for us to manage wholesale orders. If you are interested in selling our goods, please do email us with what you are interested in and in what quantity, and we can see if we can work something out.
